SoloHavoc must be having cash flow problem because anti-SG tau pao sian 84gunner said before. Those who come to Thailand frequently and do open a Thai bank account it means they have cash flow problem!

USD being anchor currency is always king....legal tender in any corner of the globe but that is if you have USD to begin with if not changing your SGD to USD then THB also LPPL

You have to go to main branch in Silom, if I remember correctly they have a standard declaration form for the recommender to sign.
