As for me, World Spa not the best. More for jap and ang moh carrot heads.

As for me, Hot Spa at Roxy, Heath Spa at Grandlink and Oriental Spa at Chinatown Point still top. Not as expensive as World Spa somemore.

But if you are looking for good facilties with women in mini skirts providing ok massage and sexual services, may be World Spa or even Spring Spa lor. Chances you may end up with an old goose.

Best facilities mean what ? Clean, size of hot/cold pool, steam room, sauna room, lounge area, privacy in massage room, ambience, video and last of complimentary drinks and food variety and quality.

I think Hot Spa, World Spa and Oriental Spa are different from HC catergory.
