Apologies but i cant seem to find a definate answer. If both parties with nric, the fragrance or 81s around joo chiat take in transit rates for 3hrs? If so how much? Thks to bros in advance and apologies for askin the qn.

What's the overnight rate for the hotel above 51 anyone know? I often drink there but never bother to check out the rates except to notice it is a backpackers' choice. So it should be heavy in the wallet...
