DIY sperm count test kit

Any bros know whether there is any sperm count test kit available in the market? Not sure whether too much exertion or what keep feeling got low sperm count.

how would you know? unless you take one handful of sperm and put it under a microscope to see whether you have a few million sperm cells or not. unless you're talking about the ejaculate itself...which varies greatly from "exertion" to "stress" to other factors.

will the sperm count increase if stop masterbate for some times?

from wat i understand, sperm store inside ur body wil die after a few days, so does't matter if u masterbate or not....cos it will die in the body, might as well masterbate n enjoy urself.. can anyone vertify it?

urh. you should have several million sperm cells per ejaculation. I can't remember the safety latitude...its between a few million if I remember my biology correctly. let me go verify it.

another thing, masturbating more often doesn't result in low sperm count but lower ejaculation. sperm is a mix of spermatozoa and semen *I THINK* and the lower ejaculation amount is just a lower amount of one of them. crap I think I'll take my book back tomorrow and give you a more detailed write up.

You could go to a clinic and check your sperm count... I did it several weeks ago...cost was $45 at Mt Elizabeth.

There are 3 factors they look for in terms of healthy sperm:
1. Quantity of sperm
2. Mobility of Sperm ie., fast swimming sperm, slow swimming, dead sperm, etc
3. Fertility factor, ie., some sperm may swim fast but are like dud bullets and will never fertilise the female egg for reproduction

Masturbation is probably good... as it clears out the old dead sperm which dies in your body... HOWEVER, if you are married and trying to have kids... suggest you have sex or masturbate atleast 4 days BEFORE the day of sex with wife (to try and have kids when she "ovulates") and do not keep sperm older than 10 days. This was advised a specialist gyn.

I have come across medical studies that testicles will produce all the sperms again in 24 hours. Cooler environement increase production. THe sperm if not shot out will be recycled in a month.

The sticky stuff we shoot out is a mixure of sperm and semen. No conclusive studies have said that one should not masterbate daily. However, doctors have against overdoing.

Chinese physicans and eastern doctors advise against masterbation, as it will deteroiate you "qi" and "Shen" and "jing", making one less strong.

Some even recommand that the best way is to have sex with younger woman or young mum who has given birth and less than 30 years of age, where in the pocess, the male has to draw the "essence" and try not to shoot his sperm out. It will result in the male being stronger.

Not too sure abt it, but this is what I gathered.

So far, unable not to shoot !
