I think earliest max is mid 2021 for Geylang re-opening.

Key thing should be hoping that Pfizer vaccine (and other COVID-19 vaccines still yet to be approved) do work.

As long as there is a real working vaccine, then eventually GL will be re-opened at some point, but its likely there will be some new rules and changes.

I think mid 2021 is realistic. Assuming the sex workers take the vaccine, then they become immune and can't spread to the rest so it will be low risk by then end 2021 is worst case because most of us would be vaccinated by then
