There is 'sex love' and 'sex'.

Sex love is when a man and woman love each other, enjoy sex, enjoy pleasing themselves and each other. It is really good stuff. I don't have much experience of this.

Sex is when you are just fucking. We largely get this in our playground. But then we are only human and so are our gal pals. So, if we are lucky we can get some degree of sex love.

Control or no control.....the government will be slammed if this happens here. It is one thing for foreign workers to get covid 19 as the government can justifiably argue that they cannot monitor everything. But our beautiful playground is the lowest of low hanging fruit. For this reason it will be the last to reopen, only after the vaccine has been successfully rolled out.

This is also a function of the OKTs surviving and not selling out to other projects, like in the case of Jalan Molek.
