Unless a person is super yandao or flowing with money, the abilty to project a good front is essential. And this ability comes from self confidence and self esteem.

Of couse there are the exceptions whereby girls will only like the quiet one/strong silent type. But these are only exceptions and unless your name is clint eastwood or you are deaf mute.

The ability to hold a decent conversation without coming across as a pompous ass or soccer fanatic or workaholic is useful as well
